  Welcome - Tri-boro Titans Boys Lacrosse

Tri-boro Titans Boys Lacrosse is a youth sports group for
Attleboro, North Attleboro, Norton and surrounding towns in Massachusetts.
In addition to being affiliated with the Tri-boro Titans girls teams,
the boys play as part of the Metrowest Division of the Mass Bay Youth
Lacrosse League (MBYLL - Boys).
Program philosophy:
The Tri-boro Titans program strives to provide an environment
that supports and practices positive coaching philosophies so that all
participants have a rewarding experience.
Tri-boro Lacrosse coaches, all of whom are volunteers,
focus on player skills and game fundamentals. They work diligently during
the season to develop each athlete to the best of her potential.
In addition, the program enlists the support of parents
in its effort to develop good sportsmanship and values in our players.
While promoting the exciting sport of lacrosse, we hope that the boys
on the team will come to enjoy the game, the thrill of competition, and
good friends.
Boys team history:
The Tri-boro Titans boys program history is as follows:
The Titans' boys program
began in the spring of 2003 with about 60 children on three teams. During the 2004 season,
that number expanded to six boys teams in the U11, U13, and U15 age groups.
(The first girls team was also added to the program.) During the 2005 season,
the roster for the six boys teams was strengthened. (The total number
of children registering with the league jumped to 190 players and two
more teams were added to the girls program.) During the 2006 season,
there was one U11 team, two U13 teams, and two U15 teams. For the 2007 season,
we had two U11 teams, two U13 teams, and three U15 teams. The 2008 season continued
to be a year of growth for the Titans program. (The girls program expanded
to include a U9 team in addition to their existing U11, U13, and U15 teams.) The 2009 season held
steady for the boys with two boys teams at the U11, U13, and U15 age groups. The 2010 season continued
with two boys teams at the U11, U13, and U15 age groups.
Note: The number
of teams and team size for each season may be restricted, so register
early if you want to play. In order to coordinate team registrations and
scheduling with the MBYLL, Tri-boro registrations must be completed by
the end of December of the previous year. (For example, 2010 season registration
forms were required by players in December of 2009.)
